Abstract

The reflections set out in this speech would like to be presented as a simple wisdom-type look, based on personal community experience, therefore a reflection starting from experience, on the theme of the relationship between spirituality and theology in today’s context. The article develops a detailed reflection on the experience lived by a community of Benedictine nuns on the outskirts of Milan (Italy) as a testimonial proposal of spirituality and Christian faith in which the monastic community recognizes itself at the same time «on the margins» and as a traveling companion of today’s men.
